Q. Are your buttons washable?
A. Yes, all buttons can be washed and dry cleaned.
However, please use precaution when washing bright colored buttons.
It is best to turn the garment inside out and avoid extremely hot water.
Q. Can I buy particular buttons in bulk?
A. Yes, almost any button you see on our site is available for purchase in bulk.
You may place your order via the Bulk Ordering section of our website or
by calling 410-641-5063 during our office hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST. Monday - Friday.
Q. How do I attach your buttons to craft projects?
A. First you will need to cut the shank off the back of the button.
(We recommend using large nail clippers). Then glue onto surface.
We highly recommend using the E6000 glue.
Q. How large are the buttons?
A. The sizes of our buttons vary.
Many of the buttons fall between 5/8 inches and 7/8 inches.
Q. What material are the buttons made of?
A. Most are nylon. We also have wood, metal, and shell buttons.
Q. How long does it take to get my order?
A. Most orders are shipped US Priority Mail within 72 business hours.
While not guaranteed, most orders in continental US are received within 2-3 days following the shipment.
Q.What if something I order is out of stock?
A. If this happens, we will ship a partial order and only bill you for what is actually shipped.
Out of stock items will not be back ordered and should be reordered.
Q. What if I don't like to enter my credit card on the internet?
A. Our site is 100% secure. However, you may call your order in to the

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product for a full refund or exchange for merchandise of equal value. Merchandise must be unopened and in original packaging.
Shelly's Buttons and More will refund the value of the product and will not reimburse for shipping charges except when
